We have a tradition in our family that when a child reaches the big milestone of becoming a full-fledged reader (as evidenced by choosing to read - and finish! - chapter books for fun), they get to have their very own big-kid bible. Today we got to surprise Caroline with hers. We're so proud of her new found love for reading and are glad to give her the most wonderful story ever written to have for her very own. I think she kind of liked it, too.
